Daniel Brüllmann

Is a founder and advis­es entre­pre­neurs on finan­cial man­age­ment and fund rais­ing. His long bank­ing expe­ri­ence at UBS and BEKB has spanned from syn­di­ca­tion of loans to large cor­po­ra­tions to start-up financ­ing, growth and invest­ment financ­ing to small and medi­um enter­pris­es and restruc­tur­ing and liq­ui­da­tion of non-per­form­ing loans. After start­ing his career audit­ing at KPMG, he man­aged prop­er­ty devel­op­ments in Switzer­land and Spain. He has also been teach­ing cor­po­rate finance and val­u­a­tion to future bank­ing experts. He grad­u­at­ed with a dis­ser­ta­tion on com­pet­i­tive strate­gies after his busi­ness admin­is­tra­tion stud­ies at Boc­coni Uni­ver­si­ty in Milan, he con­tin­ued his edu­ca­tion to be admit­ted as a prop­er­ty agent, then in wealth advi­so­ry and port­fo­lio man­age­ment with Uni­ver­si­ty of St. Gallen and in finan­cial man­age­ment at Stan­ford University.

Philip Ammerman

Is a con­sul­tant spe­cial­is­ing in invest­ment advi­so­ry ser­vices, com­mer­cial due dili­gence and busi­ness plan­ning. He start­ed his career at Kien­baum Unternehmens­ber­atung in New York and Dus­sel­dorf, Ger­many. In 1995, he found­ed Nav­i­ga­tor Con­sult­ing Group, Greece and Numenor Cap­i­tal Part­ners in Lar­naca, Cyprus. Philip has worked with invest­ment and devel­op­ment banks as well as invest­ment funds in analysing and struc­tur­ing equi­ty invest­ment and loans. He par­tic­i­pat­ed in invest­ments and pri­vati­sa­tions in Greece. In addi­tion to invest­ment advi­so­ry, Philip advis­es on post-invest­ment restruc­tur­ing, includ­ing turn-around man­age­ment and dig­i­tal strate­gic con­tent out­sourc­ing and organ­is­es investor con­fer­ences. Philip earned a dou­ble major BA in Geol­o­gy and Inter­na­tion­al Rela­tions and Prince­ton Uni­ver­si­ty and a cer­tifi­cate in Human Resources Stud­ies at Cor­nell University.
