Daniel Brüllmann
Is a founder and advises entrepreneurs on financial management and fund raising. His long banking experience at UBS and BEKB has spanned from syndication of loans to large corporations to start-up financing, growth and investment financing to small and medium enterprises and restructuring and liquidation of non-performing loans. After starting his career auditing at KPMG, he managed property developments in Switzerland and Spain. He has also been teaching corporate finance and valuation to future banking experts. He graduated with a dissertation on competitive strategies after his business administration studies at Bocconi University in Milan, he continued his education to be admitted as a property agent, then in wealth advisory and portfolio management with University of St. Gallen and in financial management at Stanford University.
Philip Ammerman
Is a consultant specialising in investment advisory services, commercial due diligence and business planning. He started his career at Kienbaum Unternehmensberatung in New York and Dusseldorf, Germany. In 1995, he founded Navigator Consulting Group, Greece and Numenor Capital Partners in Larnaca, Cyprus. Philip has worked with investment and development banks as well as investment funds in analysing and structuring equity investment and loans. He participated in investments and privatisations in Greece. In addition to investment advisory, Philip advises on post-investment restructuring, including turn-around management and digital strategic content outsourcing and organises investor conferences. Philip earned a double major BA in Geology and International Relations and Princeton University and a certificate in Human Resources Studies at Cornell University.
